Where do you ship your products?

We currently offer shipping across Ontario. Due to provincial regulations, wine shipments are restricted to addresses within the province. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to sign for the delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the Greater Toronto Area and 5-7 business days for other regions in Ontario. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a quality issue with the wine, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add a custom gift message. We will print this on a packing slip or a gift card to be included with your shipment.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries must be received by an individual who is 19 years of age or older. The delivery agent will require a valid government-issued photo ID and a signature upon arrival.
